EXCELLENT
Yet, another excellent book by Eknath Easwaran, expertly narrated by Paul Bazely.
I highly recommend listening to this book, not once, but repeatedly. I also bought the physical book, so I can easily refer to different chapters.

the power of a matra
I loved this book. I needed thus book. I listened to it right through. Its crazy how I stumbled upon this it at this time in my life were it seems to confirm were God has been leading me. I feel like I just gained a power new tool. Thank you for this book!

Practical Wisdom
Even if one is secular in their beliefs, there is so much relevant, practical advice in this book. The sort of information that should be taught to young people.

Lots of great inspiration and advice for chanting
I appreciated the emphasis on silent chanting one's mantra in the mind and using the mantra as a tool for self-help and self-mastery. A lot of helpful and inspiring advice.
