Story
Christopher and Hannah are a happily married surgeon and nurse with picture-perfect lives. All that’s missing is a child. Great story, frustrating ending

This is a good story, well read. But the ending (or lack of one) annoyed me enough to leave an overall bad impression which was a shame.

Story
Meet Noah - an A-honor-roll student, award-winning swimmer, and small-town star destined for greatness. There weren't any signs that something was wrong until the day he confesses to molesting little girls during swim-team practice. He's sentenced to 18 months in a juvenile sexual-rehabilitation center. His mother, Adrianne, refuses to turn her back on him despite his horrific crimes, but her husband won't allow Noah back into their home.

Great story, but average narration

It took me ages to get into this book because the poor narration was so distracting, but I persevered because the story was interesting.

Story
I only try on one of Nina’s pristine white dresses once. Just to see what it’s like. But she soon finds out...and by the time I realize my attic bedroom door only locks from the outside, it’s far too late. But I reassure myself: The Winchesters don’t know who I really am. They don’t know what I’m capable of....

Good story, narration just okay

This story had a lot of unexpected twists and turns, which I enjoyed. However, the narration could have been better. Most characters sounded the same, and there were occasions where there was some accidental crossovers in voice (for example, a female's voice being accidentally spoken with the deeper tones of her husband), which made things a little confusing here and there. That said, I would still recommend this as a good, engaging listen.

Story
Eleanor Oliphant leads a simple life. She wears the same clothes to work every day, eats the same meal deal for lunch every day and buys the same two bottles of vodka to drink every weekend. Eleanor Oliphant is happy. Nothing is missing from her carefully timetabled life. Except, sometimes, everything. One simple act of kindness is about to shatter the walls Eleanor has built around herself. Now she must learn how to navigate the world that everyone else seems to take for granted – while searching for the courage to face the dark corners she’s avoided all her life.

Absolutely addictive from start to finish

This is the best book I've encountered in years. The story moved at a good pace and kept you guessing. The narrator was PERFECT for it. I was genuinely upset when the book ended, I could have listened for endless hours. I felt disgruntled searching for my next read - nothing seemed to compare. Don't think, Just try it.
