Had some nice messages throughout. I listened to the audio but I think I'd prefer to read this at my own quicker pace.

What a book, it has made me really think about my life and actions. Well really, my inability to convert my thoughts into action and this book has helped me make some moves and get out of my own head. So many helpful tips and strategies to beat my own mind. The 5 Second Rule is not just airy fairy inspirational stuff, her techniques are grounded in real cognitive science and reasearch. Mel Robbins now that I have finished the book, I'm watching your sessions, I want to hear everything you have to say. Thank you for your contribution to the world!

Mix of narrators was good. The Intros from King was a nice touch. King's work is odd, I don't quite enjoy the stories because of the dark and sometimes twisted themes but it intrigues. it compells me to keep listening. How does he do that???

Hi,

I quite enjoyed this book. It had quite a few laugh out loud moments. It had many a 'good word' and 'pun' moments, which I enjoyed. You really have to throw yourself in the silly basket to enjoy this book which is never a bad thing. Its light, humorous and relatable.

if you want to be frivilous go with this book. or better yet watch her series first or again after. Top notch!!

such fun, such fun! no really :)

I loved it from beginning to end. Full of positivity and light. It talks of creativity as a life of its own and I really connected to it. I adored Gilbert's ideas and life mantra's. I would recomend it 100%. Next stop I'm going to buy Eat Pray Love as an audio book. I'm excited.
