What a book, it has made me really think about my life and actions. Well really, my inability to convert my thoughts into action and this book has helped me make some moves and get out of my own head. So many helpful tips and strategies to beat my own mind. The 5 Second Rule is not just airy fairy inspirational stuff, her techniques are grounded in real cognitive science and reasearch. Mel Robbins now that I have finished the book, I'm watching your sessions, I want to hear everything you have to say. Thank you for your contribution to the world!

Story
The year is 1806. Centuries have passed since practical magicians faded into the nation’s past. But scholars of this glorious history discover that one remains: the reclusive Mr Norrell, whose displays of magic send a thrill through the country. Proceeding to London, he raises a beautiful woman from the dead and summons an army of ghostly ships to terrify the French. Yet the cautious, fussy Norrell is challenged by the emergence of another magician: the brilliant novice Jonathan Strange. Young, handsome and daring, Strange is the very antithesis of Norrell.

Mix of narrators was good. The Intros from King was a nice touch. King's work is odd, I don't quite enjoy the stories because of the dark and sometimes twisted themes but it intrigues. it compells me to keep listening. How does he do that???

Magical listening for young and old, narrated by John Moffatt.

Story
Well hello to you dear audiobook browser. Now I have your attention it would be rude if I didn't tell you a little about my literary feast. So, here is the thing: is it just me or does anyone else find that adulthood offers no refuge from the unexpected horrors, peculiar lack of physical coordination and sometimes unexplained nudity, that accompanied childhood and adolescence? I am proud to say I have a wealth of awkward experiences - from school days to life as an office temp - and here I offer my 18-year-old self (and I hope you, too, dear listener) some much needed caution and guidance on how to navigate life's rocky path.
