big fan of king's dark tidings. thought overall the book was a lot of fun delving into one of the moreysterious characters but I think the pacing was a bit off. events that I thought were going to be a big deal didn't seem have a big effect on the story or me as a reader. it also seemed to give a lot of time to characters I didn't really care about, and not enough to the characters that were super interesting.

Would have loved to see more of the main story of king's dark tidings through the view of our favourite introverted (not) battle Mage.

JP continues to be a coach and author that sets a standard of love and care. Reminding all coaches , players, and parents to treat others like people not obstacles. A fascinating read with sports moments that bring tears to my eyes. An important read for any asipiring coach.

Terry seems to wander off on the story to open up new adventures. it seems a bit sluggish when going on new adventures because it sort of feels like he gets off track too much. Does lead to great world building though.
