Imagine speaking to a Native American as they march the now infamous Trail of Tears, hearing firsthand their painful story of loss, their powerful willingness to survive, and the history of their people. A Hypnotist’s Journey from the Trail to the Star People brings this story to you with the voice of Aniwaya, a Native American man from the 1800s who, from The Trail of Tears, meditates to speak his voice through a female client under hypnosis in 2022.

I am sp glad I found Sarah's books after I finished my binge of dolores cannons books. Sarah's books puck up where dolores left off and I look forward to an extension of the knowledge that is sure to come through in future books aswell. I feel the information fits in really neatly with a lot of pther info I jave heard channelled etc and it resonates, which for me gives a lot of validity that this is the truth (of our current timeline at least!!)
this book has it all. ancient cultures, aliens, heart break and hope. I couldn't put it down!

Impressive willpower, but not a how to guide
Reviewed: 19-03-2022
the willpower this guy has is incredible and I couldn't help but be in awe of his achievements... though our body gives us pain for a reason, and I am saddened to think how tortured and pained his body must be now after being ignored and pushed past its limit time and time again.
Our body provides surge capacity for drastic situations (e.g. life and death situations), but pain is generally our bodies way of telling us we are causing damage and to back off and allow it to heal. ignore at your own peril. I found this book to be an interesting read, but probably shouldn't be taken as a "how to" guide.

Story
Sleep is one of the most important aspects of our life, health and longevity and yet it is increasingly neglected in 21st century society, with devastating consequences: every major disease in the developed world - Alzheimer's, cancer, obesity, diabetes - has very strong causal links to deficient sleep. Until very recently, science had no answer to the question of why we sleep, or what good it served, or why its absence is so damaging to our health. Compared to the other basic drives in life - eating, drinking and reproducing - the purpose of sleep remained elusive.

hoping for more practical advice
Reviewed: 19-03-2022
I found this book interesting and engaging, though as someone who was struggling with severe insomnia at the time, I was hoping for more gems that would help me actually correct my sleeping habits. When we reached that portion of the book, it directed me to CBT for insomnia, which I have no doubt is helpful, but had been hoping for more information strategies to apply without investing in a sleep coach.

a lot of repetition of past ideas

I found there was little of significance in this book that wasn't covered in previous books. I am still going to read book 5 in hopes of finding hidden gems, but I found this book to be a bit of a drag that I had to force myself to push through.

Good, but content missing

The actual book is great, however arguably the most important resource the book has to offer was left out. The 22 processes to align to source were left out. I was able to find these online so it's not a huge drama, but for what you pay for these books, you want it to be all inclusive!
