Story
Dr. Simon Nealy never expected to return to his quiet Pennsylvania hometown, let alone the Hawthorne Museum of Natural History. He was just a boy when his six-year-old sister, Morgan, was abducted from the museum under his watch. The guilt has haunted Simon ever since. But after the loss of the aunt who raised him, Simon feels drawn back to the place where Morgan vanished without a trace. But from the moment he arrives, things aren't what he expected. The Hawthorne is a crumbling ruin and plummeting toward financial catastrophe. Worse, Simon begins seeing and hearing things he can't explain.

Worth it!
Hollywood NEEDS to make this into a movie. It has everything you need to buy two books, one for you and the second to throw at your best friend and make them read it because no one will believe you when you tell them the story!

Story
This is not your average podcast, as it is designed as an ongoing audiobook series. Sarah Millar has devoted several years to Learning and Development, gradually recognising that people often lack enthusiasm for training. She's made earnest efforts to infuse fun into the learning process. Still, she soon realises it's not as captivating as hoped. Together with her colleague Doug, they ventured into establishing a learning and development company, nurturing the hope that this would liberate them from their stagnant learning rut and allow them to create the learning tools they'd always ...

Story
Zombies in North London, death cults in the West Country, the engineering deck of the Enterprise: actor, comedian, writer, and self-proclaimed supergeek Simon Pegg has been ploughing some bizarre furrows in recent times. Having blasted on to the small screen in the gut-busting and now legendary sitcom Spaced, his enduring appeal and rise to nation’s-favourite-son status has been mercurial, meteoric, megatronic, but mostly just plain great.

Boring, lacklustre and uninspired
Reviewed: 17-10-2016
I've read 3 biographies in the past 2 months. This was the worst of them and the others clearly miles ahead. I recommend you reas Felicia Day's book or the Elon Musk bio instead.
Simon Pegg didn't seem very enthusiastic about his own life when narrating. I found the fictional parts a bit boring too. There were same interesting parts in the book but overall pretty boring.

Story
Simon Singh offers fascinating new insights into the celebrated television series The Simpsons: That the show drip-feeds morsels of number theory into the minds of its viewers - indeed, that there are so many mathematical references in the show, and in its sister program, Futurama, that they could form the basis of an entire university course.

The Internet isn't all cat videos. There's also Felicia Day - violinist, filmmaker, Internet entrepreneur, compulsive gamer, and former lonely homeschooled girl who overcame her isolated childhood to become the ruler of a new world...or at least semi-influential in the world of Internet geeks and Goodreads book clubs.

Dave and Mike Stangle thought nothing of it when they boozily decided to turn to the "activity partners" section of Craigslist to solicit dates to their cousin's wedding. The hilarious, out-of-this-world ad that they came up with - featuring a picture of the two brothers as centaurs - immediately went viral, eventually landing these Wayfarers-wearing, moped-riding, completely reckless but ultimately loveable bros in the annals of the "Internet famous".
