I’m not a ‘self-help’ kinda person, so I picked this one up when it was free on Audible. Oh my gosh. Mel Robbins, who knew?? Apparently everyone but me. This was FAN-freaking-tasting, and I’ve gone now and downloaded her others.

The story itself could have been okay if not for the grating, little-girl-surprised voice of the narrator. I will never listen to anything that she's listed on again. It was that bad.
