Roseanna M White never fails to inspire, encourage and uplift her readers with the outstandingly real portrayal of life lived as a Christian. Her characters are all easily dear friends and compelling in how they lean on God for the wisdom, love and forgiveness they need. I never fail to be surprised as to where Roseanna will take us the reader in her stories. The twists and turns of the plot are always clever and insightful, with humour, and suspense built in. I love everything Roseanna writes. She is the modern day Austen and L.M. Montgomery to me, her stories deserve to be and should be read for many generations to come.

Beyond All Dreams by Elizabeth Camden is a wonderful look into the imperative of forgiveness in our lives. It inspired me greatly and lifted my spirits to read how the two protagonists were opposites in a lot of ways but together and most importantly with the Lord’s help, they were the best for each other balancing each other, encouraging and laughing with each other in good and bad times. Of course being a librarian myself, I loved the other main character in this story - the Library of Congress. What an amazing story. The lion will one day lay down with the lamb, and what a glorious day that will be and I just love how this imagery from the Bible plays out in the story. Thank you Elizabeth Camden for your incredibly uplifting and poignant tale of forgiveness and God’s truth of it.

If you haven’t read a book by Tessa Afshar before, I can’t find words enough to tell you why you should do so without delay. In The Field of Grace is so beautiful, it keeps you pondering scriptural and theological ideas. I am amazed that I haven’t noticed before that Jesus is like a Kinsman Redeemer, giving to us eternal life through his sacrifice on the cross. This story of Ruth, Boaz and Naomi brings this together so beautifully. I thank the Lord God Almighty for the talent of Tessa Afshar and that she loves Jesus with all her heart and shares that love through her writing. I am so encouraged, and uplifted by her novels. They are the best ever. Thank you Tessa!

A wonderful story, that grabs you from the very beginning. I have longed all through Rebecca’s last series to learn more of The Gent and it was well worth the wait. The Lady and The Gent is a well crafted tail of spies, of patriotism, of good verses evil, of the drawing out the best of one’s character even in the worst situations. Margaret and Rafe are the most wonderful couple. Thank you Rebecca Connolly for creating these two wonderful characters. I was dreamily lost in their story, and loved every word.
