Ben Elton (both writer and narrator) delivers impeccably on this excellent piece of modern prose. A brilliantly satirical work. 5 angry tweets out of 5.

An icon of the genre. Classic detective fiction. Sometimes a little confusing. Would certainly recommend.

A beautiful, bold reimagining of The Merchant Of Venice. Rich, engaging characters that portray excellent counterparts to the original. Great twist at the end - even if you know how Shakespeare ended it!

Perfect, start to finish. The pacing works well with even the most raw learner, the content is sounds, and I picked it up much quicker than I anticipated.

Bad title, horrible story, very bad reading. The writer creates a completely ridiculous female protagonist who experiences the most unrelatable story of religion, virginity, sex, and rape. The reader struggles with words over one syllable and does nothing to improve the story.
