Love this book for simplicity and practicality.
In simple 7 steps - chapters, the author unfolds the mistakes people make that prevent them from finding their new happiness.
The book is so well organized that it just puts everything in place for you.
It's a book that makes you think and think again about what your values are and whether you value the main person in your life - yourself. I have no doubt it will be super helpful to anyone struggling with manipulations, traumatic relationships, and negativity.

There is always something to learn about Airbnb. Every author has some interesting insights.
Lisa Corbitt has an interesting, even playful approach to Airbnb, which lightens up this serious topic while providing highly valuable information.
It's a step-by-step guide for beginners as well as experienced Airbnb investors. Very-well researched information presented in a very friendly manner.
Highly recommend this guide.

Entrepreneurship requires a shift in mindset and the development of new habits. This book offers clarity on the matter.
From there, the author gradually takes us to the next step—setting achievable goals, both short and long-term.
There are a lot of ideas to consider. The subchapter on prioritizing goals was an eye-opener.
I have learned a lot about creating action plans.
Ms. Butler has great ideas to share on website for business as well.
I think any entrepreneur will find this book very helpful.

Everybody is talking about quantum physics these days. It's a trendy subject. I have been looking for a book to explain the principles in simple language, and this is just the right book.
It's both educational and entertaining. I have learned a lot from both physics and history as well.
The book is very well written and perfectly structured.
I can highly recommend Richards' book to anyone who would like to learn but does not want to feel overwhelmed.

"Bounce Back Better" is a must-listen for all simply because we all face crises at some point in our life. The author, B.T.Matthews, provides a toolbox to equip anyone with resilience-building strategies and methods. Resilience myths were a very interesting part. Debunking, for instance, the idea that some people are just born resilient. The truth is, the more you work on yourself, the more resilient you become.
What I like best about the book is that the author points out several times that readers' situations can be very different; however, working on your resilience will help you cope with any issue. It's almost like one technique fits all.

To be honest, I am not in the group yet, but I found this book extremely helpful for several reasons: the facts are well explained and easy to understand, and Amanda, being a doctor herself, finds a way to describe her suggestions in simple language and provide a clear plan to follow.
It's a wholesome resource for anyone looking to eat smarter, embrace a healthier lifestyle, and, generally speaking, be happier.

Being an organizational management expert focusing on psychology, sociology, and human research, Brian Basterfield understands the intricacies of human relationships and the importance of real-life examples and case studies to help readers/listeners relate to the topic and find a solution.
The book is written in the most compassionate manner. It does not teach you how to go through the breakup, it helps you to do so as a good friend.

A great book for any parent. The author thoughtfully breaks down the huge topic of picky eating into smaller, more manageable pieces of information. Each sub-chapter is a nugget with lots of "aha" moments. I have learned so much from the book including the reasons behind picky eating, encouraging various diets, communicating with my child about food, and navigating our life-food balanced path.
As much as this book is informative, it's also entertaining with the case study, a subchapter about picky eating myths, and the list of healthy and kid-friendly meals where any parent can surely find a source of inspiration.
I am positive this book will help a lot of parents out there struggling with picky eaters.

Easy to understand and follow the book is very well structured taking listeners from basics to more complicated aspects of stretching.
I love the parts where the authors provide tips on how to incorporate stretching into daily life and also adapt techniques to make them more age-appropriate.
Overall, great guide on stretching for seniors.
