I loved how this book is laid out; it starts by telling the reader what to expect at the beginning of the book. It then gives a step-by-step guide on how to embark on new challenges, make a plan, and execute it. I also enjoyed the personal touches, the interview between chapters, and the numerous personal stories from the author. It really set this book apart—and I definitely recommend it to anyone in leadership.

Extremely helpful. There's so much to understanding ADHD and how it affects the child and parents, and the author has done a great job of covering everything in an easy-to-understand way. It is simple and to the point, exactly what you need as a parent. I have a few friends that I will be giving it to. I loved listening to this book. First of all, the narrator had a great voice for the information. It was also extremely well-researched. The Author has done a great job writing the book in easy-to-understand order. My favorite section was on how to get a restful night's sleep. A must-listen for enhancing both physical and mental health.

The author is extremely relatable. We listened to this on our road trip down to Florida, and I think the kids got a lot out of it. I personally loved the section on empathic communication. Chapter 3 was also great, where the pros and cons of emojis are discussed and how people use them to represent emotions. Overall a great listen, and I learned a ton.

I really enjoyed listening to both of these books. The narrator has a great voice for the material. My favorite part was the section on building enriching relationships.
