Not for me! or women with ADHD

I'm currently research all types of organisation for ADHD and this book was difficult to get to the end of. it was very American based ignoring that most countries don't have huge houses with loads of other placstoto store stuff. I would say she doesn't have adhd but her husband does and so she comes across as negative towards some adhd behaviours that are not how all of us are likely to behave in order to what systems are of use. If I wasn't listening for research I wouldnt have got to the end. Would not recommend!

I enjoyed this book it is very educational and fact heavy. Good amount of research data cited and made it more interesting to see the results to understand brain behaviour. i recommend listening to this book.

I am very into self help and enlightening views of light but this is so dry and depressing to listen to anyone who is struggling not to listen to this one. it's quite a hard listen, his voice is not positive and it very much dwells on the negative.
