One of the best books on leadership I've read

I come back to this book time after time and now have it in both book and audio. It's compelling and it continually challenges me, no matter how many times I revisit it. I have used many of the exercises for both my team and myself to become better leaders and I would highly recommended it!

Really enjoyed it and it's packed with info but not at all overwhelming. It covers a lot of aspects of sleep - impacts of lack of sleep, weird and wonderful experiments, circadian rhythm, the different stages of sleep, changes in what we need at different ages and why, dreams and interpretation theories and more.

My only criticism is that the narrator over pronounces everything and although I got used to it in the end, for me this wasn't great. I always prefer when the author narrates their own books anyway I imagine that this would grate on some people.

Overall, very worth a listen!

Common sense, balanced advice which is backed up by evidence, studies and science. This really makes you think about achievable changes you can make in your life and some of the potential causes of ailments or niggles you /family/friends suffer from, which could be contributed to by our lifestyles. More than that though, I found it really interesting to listen to and always love it when the author narrates their own book.

Simple, easy to understand tool you can put to work immediately to bring the best out of yourself.

Love the 'matter of fact ' and funny way the message is conveyed, not pretentious in any way but totally enjoyable to listen to/read.
