This audiobook is fantastic! Shadow work is hard but worth it, and this audiobook makes you want to do it! The voice choice is soothing and easy to listen to. I so loved this book!! As someone who really didn’t realize I suffered from ADD until much later long after receiving a master’s degree I love learning ways to navigate the pitfalls that can come. When Seleenea said some times I just put stuff in my cart and let it sit there instead of being impulsive and buying I was like that me!! This is a great book!!

I absolutely loved this audiobook! The practical tips and advice for parents are invaluable in helping their children develop social skills in a post-pandemic world. One of my favorite parts, and one I think has been overlooked is the challenges children faced when returning to social activities after a long period of isolation. Holmes not only guides the reader on how to support them through this transition but provides sound advice as well. The clear narration made this audiobook easy to follow, as well as Holme's chapter structure, each chapter focused on a specific social skill. The content is relevant and timely, given the ongoing pandemic and its impact on children's social lives.

I have 3 teenage boys that are into weightlifting and bodybuilding. I truly loved how informative and straight to the point this book is, it made it super easy to listen to. Joe provides an easy and encompassing step-by-step guide to eating healthier and great tips to ensure you have adequate and enough recovering time built-in in between training sessions. If you follow this consistently, no doubt you will achieve the results you dream of. Highly recommend it and am sharing it with my boys!

I watch my 2 year old twin nieces often and struggle to find fun things for us to do or listen to while in the car. This audiobook was perfect and kept them so entertained as we ran about town running errands. I loved listening to it too and learned some things.
