Story
The world of Krynn is ever changing, and even the gods can be taken by surprise. And if that’s true of the gods, what chance can a mere mortal have? Caught up in forces none of them could hope to face alone, a small but determined band of adventurers come together in a desperate attempt to stop an invasion. Mina, as enigmatic as ever, escapes imprisonment to set off on a quest that will test even her considerable will. All the while, evil spreads across the land, gaining ground with each new day.

Didn’t realise Krynn had people from Ireland and New Zealand. Also cowboys as knights.
This narrators accents are all over the place.

Horrible narration- Needs to learn to pronounce the characters names not just make them up on the fly. Voice like nails on a chalkboard when portraying Elfs. They’re not chipmunks.

Story
The people of Krynn have known war in past ages. Some are still alive who remember the triumph of good at the conclusion of the War of the Lance. Still more remember the devastation of the Chaos War, which ended the Fourth Age of the world. But now a new war is about to begin, more terrible than any have known. This war is one for the very heart and soul of the world itself.

Most irritating narrater ever

Oh my god. Please make it stop.
This narrater has the most unsuitable voice for audiobooks. You cannot listen to her for more than 15 mins at a time. She pronounces most of the hero's names wrong. Not to mention some of the cities. It's Majere, pronounced Maj-ear, not Mej-erie.
It grinds on my ears every time she pronounces it wrong.
Avoid this, if you grew up with the books or you listened to the other books, narrated by Paul Boehmer. I'd even take Ax Norman over MH.

How did this narrator get the job? He is terrrriiiible.
I found myself many times, thinking about other things and not listening to the book. His voice was so boring and monotone.
Good thing I had read these books back in my teens.
