After coming out of devastating breakup, I only wished have met this book long time ago, obviously turned out to be anxious avoidant. Communication is a KEY. Can’t emphasise this much enough.
A really though and such insightful book. Highly recommended

Listen! This book is truly gem. This book is not to listen to as a” white noise “ or just for fun or entertainment. This book must be studied. Yeah, bring pen and paper and study this book. Pause u it, write your notes, reflect, re listen again and again and possibly purchase a hard copy and keep it with you all the time wherever you go
An absolute practical and thoughtful guide to really understand and appreciate who you are, where did you come from and how to get your self out of it. It won’t stop amaze you in each chapter. Really deserves more than just 5 stars

After reading few books about addiction and mental health, this book give a brief if everything from why you become ‘codependent’ and gives you good tips about what you need to do.
And yes as she says, get piece of paper and write down notes while you’re listening which I didn’t do 🙈

The best book about depression and “self-help “ book that I came across so far.
Brilliant explanation of how we got here and the best Simple solution . It’s just telling you what’s been going on in your life. The book narrated makes you feel you’re not alone in this suffering.
Would definitely recommend this book to anyone even if not depressed
