This new story, featuring the unique John Milton, had everything I could want in a gripping action story. There were several strands that John, ably assisted by Ziggy Penn, had to deal with to achieve his goals to clear his name.
The story takes us around Dublin but he's already planning ahead to travel further afield.
This gripping story would make an excellent movie #imho
Bravo Mark and Bravo David for the amazing narration with new accents.

A brilliantly threaded, easy to follow, story of prison life on both sides of the bars.

Story
When a tired old inmate is found dead in his cell, the prison is obligated to investigate and so DI Barton attends. The men he interviews have been convicted of some of the worst things a human being can do, but it appears that the death was due to natural causes. When the house of the dead man is burgled and that crime is followed by a suspicious fire, Barton desperately needs to speak to his widow, but she’s nowhere to be found. In the space of 24 hours, everyone he wants to talk to has vanished. Then he receives some post, which makes him believe he could be the next to disappear.

A seemingly normal day where various people stop at their regular coffee shop. People going about their lives are suddenly, alarmingly and frighteningly pulled together where their lives will intertwine. A full day where stories are explained and why they all should suddenly meet today.
A brilliant un-put-downable read. The structure of the story is brilliant pieced together. It has a superb narration where it's easy to define each character. You'll invest in each character. Superb
