Story
Twenty-six-year-old Gaby Barreto might be a lot of things (loyal, sarcastic, one of the guys, and a pain in the butt, depending on which family member you ask), but dumb isn't one of them. When her twin brother invites her to go on tour as his band's merch girl, she isn't exactly screaming at the top of her lungs with joy. But with no job opportunities pounding on her door, an ex-boyfriend she would still like to castrate, and no end in sight to moving out of her parents' house in Dallas, it would be dumb to say no to the chance of a lifetime.

Enjoyable but not my fav by this author. I just didn't feel the romance/chemistry. Loved the banter between the characters and the relationship between the siblings and the band mates. Enjoyable narration.

Story
I should have known everything was going to change when she walked into my tattoo shop... Timid as hell and gorgeous to the extreme. I knew better than even thinking about touching a woman like that. My life is dangerous. My calling wicked. Willing to cross any line to protect the innocent. I thought I’d never see her again until my little boy tumbled and busted his lip, and I found her working at the doctor’s office. The woman who’d taken possession of my thoughts. When it becomes clear she’s in trouble, I offer up a deal.

What a way to start off a series! Charleigh and River took me on a rollercoaster of emotions in this one. I have absolutely loved previous books by Amy, but I have to admit it took me a while to warm to this story. I didn't initially feel the chemistry between our 2 MCs, but something about the story had me gripped, and I couldn't put it down. It definitely grew on me the further in I got, and by the end, I was full hooked by what i had listened to. This story was full of emotion. It had a great cast of characters, and I can't wait to find out more about them in the books to come. I listened to the audio version of this book. Andi Arndt always does a fantastic job with her narration. She always delivers a heartfelt performance. Austin Stone is a new to me narrator. He brought Rivers gruff gravelly voice to life, and i will look out for his name in other audio books for sure.

I have been patiently waiting for book 2 after really enjoying the first in the series. Henley and Tru gave me what i was looking for in a single dad, age gap romance. It was great to be back with the gang and the Single Dads Playbook. I enjoyed how the story panned out especially with the Dyslexia representation, it was handled well and it was good to see this subject approached in a story. I also appreciated the postive vibes between the blended family aspect of the story, it was good to see that no one was painted as the bad guy in the situation. The audio was really enjoyable I found myself getting easily lost in the narration by Savannah Peachwood and Sebastian York. Both really gave the characters some depth and helped bring them to life. I cant wait to get back in with the gang in book 3.

How this lady manages to still make me laugh untill my sides hurt I will not know. Bridesmaid Undercover was hilarious! Everly and Hardy stole my heart from the off. This was a great friends to lovers romance. It slowly built up as the story went on and I throughly enjoyed how the story panned out. As usual we get little snippets of previous book characters and I loved the sprinkle of JP Cane and his newest bird obsession.
The audio was absolutely brilliant. Its read in duet by Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor and they did such a good job as Everly and Hardy. Highly recommend the audio just be prepared for lots of laughing if you're in public.
Can't wait to see what's in store for the next Hopper brother.

Story
For a long time now, I’ve despised Weston Shaw. He’d been someone I’d admired, taking my favorite football team, the Colorado Mustangs, to the Super Bowl. But that all turned upside down after one night that had nothing to do with me. We share one undeniable connection: his son, Caleb. Unfortunately, the circumstances behind that have never been my story to tell. But now, the truth is out, and I’m left to deal with the consequences. I’m living under the same roof as Weston, and each day, I discover a side of him I never expected.

What a great start to a series and a cracking first read by an author I've never read before.
Mad love took me on such a ride of emotions you could feel the pain, tension and feelings rolling from the page.
This was a great sports romance, single dad mix. Loved how the stoey panned out and the chemistry that brewed between the couple. The support our mmc got from his team mates was so sweet. It was lovely how close they all were and the single dads handbook was such a great idea. I can't wait to get more from this group there are gonna be some intriguing stories coming I bet.
The audio was perfection. I haven't listened to a great deal of audios with Connor Crais but boy did he do a fantastic job with his characterisation of West. Ava Erickson rocked her role as usual. I absolutely adore the emotion she brings to her roles. Definitely an audio I'd recommend, I listened to it in one sitting I couldn't stop.

Story
Did I think I was going to fall for my coach's daughter? The answer would be no. I'm still unclear on how I got into this predicament in the first place. A year ago, I was a man with one thought on his mind, the redhead I met at a hotel bar. Twelve months later, I found her. Unfortunately for me, she not only happens to be my very off-limits coach's daughter, but also . . . my new assistant and roommate.

Posey you Bologna loving hottie you were definitely a surprise.
I've loved these hockey guys from the start and have been waiting for the day we finally got Poseys story and it was worth the wait.
Forced proximity, off limits, sports romance, kinks and lots and lots of laughs is what I got from So This Is War. If you're going to read this book I highly recommend the audio. It features a full cast of narrators with the stars Teddy Hamilton and Emma Wilder playing Posey and Wiley. This series has had the PERFECT casting for the audios. I loved listening it was an absolute blast. I lost count of how many times I laughed out loud. The group texts to "The Queens" were the highlight for me some of the conversations had me in stitches from laughing. Meghan really knows how to deliver the laughs and the romance.
The meet cute between Posey and Wiley was great. Posey is such a sweety I'm glad we got to see more of his serious soft side and his secret side (wink wink). Wiley was such a great leading lady, she had some real balls and I'm glad she stuck by her instincts and went for what she wanted. The whole story was great I had a brilliant time listening and I'm just sad its over but I'm glad we will be getting a spin off series so we can find out more about OC.
Another Quinn banger 🔥

I should have known I’d be playing with fire when I found the sexy as hell woman moving in next door... It was pouring rain, so I figured the neighborly thing to do would be to lend a hand. I nearly dropped to my knees when I realized who she was. Hailey Wagner. It’s been six years since I’ve seen her, and she’s always been the one person on earth who is off limits.

What a way to end the series. I have loved being in Time River with this bunch and Cody and Hailey have finished the series on a high. The suspense element kept me on my toes and there was a good twist to the tale which had me gripped. I enjoyed getting the backstory on Hailey and Cody. Both come with some demons they had to work through. Both love fiercely and family plays a big part in this story.
This book had some great characters and good character development. Cody was such a softy by the end, he really blossomed and showed how protective he is with the ones he loves.
The audio was so good. Both narrators did a fab job of bringing their characters to life and made for a very enjoyable listen. Im sad its over but i have loved my time in Time River
