Wasn't sure what to expect as I felt I already knew a lot in this field but I have to say I am surprised about refreshing this book was. Had a new side to negotiation I had not considered before. Very good narrator too, kept me engaged throughout.

Great combo!

Already had conversations skills for the shy on kindle (which is awesome) but saw this on audible format combined with solution to shyness (which had been recommended by a Facebook friend) so it felt like an obvious purchase. Both books are very strong, they work so well together. I am on my second listen now as they both contain a lot of info but thankfully its all laid out in a clear and easy to follow fashion.

Maybe not as overnight as some people but within a week or so I definitely felt a large improvement with my anxiety and panic. Not as frequent and not as strong.
