This is a great instructional guide for how to to have better health by taking better care of your gut health. The author gives specific examples of how your gut health makes a difference in your overall well being. I really loved the specific examples the author provided to make in your lifestyle and daily habits that would make a difference.

This book also has some of the authors favorite recipes that I’m looking forward to trying. It's written in simple terms and has easy steps to follow to have a healthier gut!

This is a great book to start your new year off with so that you can accomplish your goal of “getting healthier.”

This audiobook is a great guide for parents and teens. I really liked the information provided that takes into consideration families on a budget. It’s well written and easy to follow. The tools provided and the techniques the author shares are terrific!

If you’re looking to help your teen with their sports mindset, this is the only book you’ll need!

I’m looking forward to a new year and wanted to change my mindset. This is a great audiobook that has clear and easy steps to become more successful. I seem to have been stuck in a rut this year and I’m determined to be more productive next year!

I’m always so busy so listening to this on the road makes it easy to find the time I need to really absorb the information. The narrator is pleasant to listen to and the steps are super helpful.

I had no idea that the gut affected my overall health and mood. This book has a ton of great information on how the gut really affects your overall health. I learned so much listening to this audiobook and am pleased that I can go back and re-listen to specific sections.

I really liked the section on the 6 types of food to eat and the 7 day meal plan. The book is easy to follow, and the narrator does a great job too! The recipes included in the PDF attached to this audiobook are perfect for getting your gut into shape for the new year!

I really enjoyed this audiobook. There’s a tremendous amount of information on the history of Italy and the author has researched it well.

I enjoyed the detailed information and the vivid descriptions that helped me visualize the events as I listened. This author always has a way of making his books fascinating and draws you in right away and keeps you interested. This is an enjoyable book that I learned a great deal of information from.

This is a lovely Christian book of the author’s story that also reveals how her faith guides her. It's uplifting and can give you a new perspective of overcoming different challenges by putting your faith in the scripture. It’ll help when you’ve had a tough day and have lost faith in those around you. It captured my interest right away and was well organized. I liked the thought-provoking questions as well. Well done!

I really enjoyed listening to this book! The author did a lot of research on childhood behavior. The games and skills he discusses in the book are an essential skill that all parents should teach their children. This is a great book for the holidays and family game night. The narrator did a great job as well!

This audiobook is great for learning words you’ll need while traveling. Lots of must-know words and phrases. It’s great for listening to while traveling to and from work. It’s easy to understand and has some great information on how to navigate the local areas.

This book pulled me in immediately. From the very first description of what it's like on a weekend when you are experiencing burnout, It's clear that the author has experienced workplace burnout, and the advice he gives is spot on. I really needed help with this and the 7 steps the author provides are exactly what you need if you're looking for a solution to this type of burnout.

This is an excellent book on relationships. The author discusses setting boundaries and establishing trust with others. It has a lot of tips that you can use daily to keep the lines of communication open. I especially liked the 5 ways to keep your relationship healthy. A must-read for those who are looking to strengthen their relationships.
