I really enjoyed this book. I’m getting close to menopause and I found it very reassuring and uplifting. Menopause does not have to be the scary thing that happens to us when we get old. The book has a way of positively portraying the natural transition. And there is life after menopause. Because of this book, I do not dread or fear that transition as much as I did before. I found the diet and exercise chapters extremely beneficial. The book goes into great detail about what foods are beneficial during menopause, and what foods can exasperate symptoms. Overall a very informative and great resource to have entering into the next phase of life.

It encourages talking to, and spending time with Jesus in such a way that is sure to build the foundation of an amazing faith journey. I especially love the encouragement of self-love and self-care. There is a section about not comparing your blessings to others, which is huge for teenagers. Highly recommend.
