The manipulation is real! They make you think you are crazy! Between the love bombing and the accusations were once confident and cool, and they witled you down to the point where you don't even know yourself anymore. If you are really to get off the emotional rollercoaster and have peace and reliability back in your life, you need to listen to "Narcissistic in Relationships" to get the roots of the disorder and make yourself invulnerable to narcissistic clutches and manipulation! My favorite part was learning the 12 undeniable signs that it’s time to leave a narcissist – and how to do so safely while resisting tactics such as emotional manipulation.
