Such a mundane book

If it wouldbt be a choice for a book club, I would definitely drop it. The story acctually went somewhere close to chapter 30 yawn 🥱. And what an ending in last summary chapter, all that boring build up for nothing. Definitely, would not recommend this book neither for its story nor for the narration.

loved it, really well narrated. Breathing, one of those subject the more you know, the more your realise how much there is to learn. We do it everyday and we are taking it for granted, such a powerful skill, to fully in and exit it all out.

I love all the analogies and the story telling. I was glad that the book wasn't just facts and numbers, as none of that would stay in my head. Loads of super interesting information, I have to now apply to my live. As a runner, I've been interested in breath work for years now and I can see the difference it has made to my performance. I would recommend this book to anyone.

This is the third book I have listen to and must say Ant is brilliant at telling stories. Also, his attitude towards the live is so inspiring that most people should read it, the whole three books not just this one. Especially young people should reach out and read or listen to those wise words, you are a master of your life and only you are responsible for your happiness and success.

Amazing book beautifully read. Stories and examples used are very relevant. Brilliant book! I listen to on twice back to back and I know I will listen to it again. I have applied loads to the way I am with my dog now and I can see he just do what I am expecting him to do and he is so grateful for this new dialog between us.
