In the spirit of the book I want to express gratitude to Jay and thank him for writing this wonderful book, for living your experiences and sharing them with the world in such a soothing, articulate and captivating way.

If you are really feeling lost and unfulfilled in the chaos of modern life this book is the answer. You need to approach the book with an open mind and have a willingness to really change your mindset, which isn't always going to be easy. I have read many many many "self help" books which are great for more practical and immediate fixes to your woes, however this book is really aimed at long term proper life fulfilment. The ideas and practices are both radical yet simple and basic and by just listening to Jay's sweet voice I could feel myself becoming calmer, happier and filled with motivation to live a life that that is filled with purpose and goodness, because what he says just makes sense.

There is a LOT to digest and it is a long book, and having just finished it I feel compelled to start it over again right away, this time sitting down and taking proper notes and really putting each section into practice in my daily life because I found that the minute I took a break from the book or went on to a different chapter my "monkey mind" would slip back into it's old ways of thinking, however Jay's voice would be lurking in the back of my head guiding me down a different path. I think by listening to this a few times that voice would become clearer and clearer until it became your automatic way of thinking.

I wish the whole world could listen to this book and take on it's advice because that is the kind of world I want to live in.
