Did not have much new insights for me. I can imagine it being very useful for some people because it explains things other people pick up during regular social interaction.
I also think that this book should have more about assertiveness instead of saying yes to everything and going too much along with other people.

Has some interesting ideas

There are definitely some interesting and for me, new ideas I see value in. However some things made it hard to listen to. The book has several long lists, the language is sometimes old fashioned (eg. damsels, automobile) and the narrator speaks very correct and clear, which is good, but also a bit boring.
