This book really helped me to understand the effects of past trauma in my daily life. It provides tips and strategies that you can begin using today to rewire your negative beliefs, improve your confidence, and create a healthier mindset. I especially appreciated the sections on developing resilience and healthy boundaries. I would recommend this book to any woman who is tired of struggling through life and is ready to finally get on a path to healing and living well.

I’ve recently become curious about alternative medicine both to support my own health and to help some family members deal with various conditions. It can be hard to know where to start researching natural cures and what information you can trust. I’m so glad I came across this audiobook! The book offers nine simple and highly effective natural healing practices to restore your health and keep you healthy. This book is incredibly well-researched and the author has personally used these remedies for decades. I enjoyed the witty and engaging writing style of this book, making it easy and fun to work through. The information the author presents is backed by science and she includes lots of testimonials from others who have seen success through these practices. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in natural wellness and longevity.

I am recently engaged and just starting the wedding planning process. There is so much to consider and lots of information out there that gets overwhelming. This short and informative audiobook was just what I needed to get focused and informed. I really appreciated the section with cost-saving tips, as budget can easily get out of hand. I care for my elderly grandparents and suspected they may have early signs of dementia. I was so happy to find this book, which has given me a lot of peace of mind. My family and I began taking camping trips this year and I’ve been curious about incorporating more wild food into our meals.
