Brilliant life story written and narrated with excellent humour. It's unfathomable the number of projects Will has been involved in and the level of success reached in such a short timespan. It's clear that his hardwork and dedication to his craft has brought him to these heights. There is a great lesson to take from his success and perceptions about happiness which personally came when he truly accepted himself without the need of approval from others.

Goggins is fucking badass. Hes lived through some hard times and come out the better side of it. His attitude and perseverance is captivating and it his personal achievements are fascinating. The podcast format of talking with Goggins really gives the reader an inside view which was very interesting to hear. Definitely motivated me to work harder as an athelete and in my professional life.

Great listen really enjoyed learning about Wim's life. Personally, I would have loved to hear Wim narrate some of the book himself but other than that his advice and method is great. Ive started practising cold showers and breathing and it feels fantastic😍

The audio book is brilliantly narrated by Seth and has so many outrageously funny stories which have happened to him. Easy to listen to and he gets into great details about some cool events in his life! Met him myself in Vancouver 2 years ago and he's such a chilled out and likeable celebrity. If you like any of his work you'll find this very enjoyable!

Ryan Holiday narrates his book excellently as he discusses how stoic thinking can be used effectively in everyday life, particularly in realtion to business decisons and work ethic. Had a powerful impact on the way I perceive the world and will continue to research some of the great stoic thinkers!

I've suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for several years. Several occasions I went to the hospital to have my heart checked, but it turns out the route cause was my fear and anxiety. This book narrated and written by Dr Harry Barry helped me to understand my condition and how to cope with it. I haven't had a panic attack in over a year and any time I felt symptoms I am able to handle them and remain relaxed until it passes. I would recommend this book to anyone who has suffered with anxiety but also to everyone, as its comprehension can help a struggling friends/family members.

Trevor's narration is engaging as he tells the captivating story of his life as a South African child. As a comedian, he allows his humour to play light to his tough upbringing in the slums. He was born as a mixed-race child into apartheid, which was the segregationist policies against non-white citizens of South Africa. He gives the first-hand account of his difficult but entertaining story imitating the voices of the people involved along the way.
I highly recommend it as a great listen, but also as a demonstration of the sexism, and racism in the world especially in poorer areas.
