Story
The world's greatest bodybuilder. The world's highest paid movie star. The leader of the world's sixth largest economy. That these are the same person sounds like the setup to a joke. But this is no joke. This is Arnold Schwarzenegger. And this did not happen by accident. Arnold's stratospheric success happened as part of a process. As the result of clear vision, big thinking, hard work, direct communication, resilient problem-solving, open-minded curiosity, and a commitment to giving back. All of it guided by the one lesson Arnold's father hammered into him above all: be useful.

What an incredibly powerful book. Arnold has always been a motivational figure in my life, but this book feels personal as well as being highly educational. Well done to Arnie and the team, top job!

Story
In the darkness of Imperium Nihilus, across half a million worlds cut off from the dim light of Holy Terra, a beacon is lit. The Red Angel returns to an unsteady galaxy and his scattered sons heed the call to slaughter. Aboard the World Eaters’ flagship, Kossolax the Foresworn, self-appointed lord regent of the XII, fights to keep the old dreams of the Legion alive, but finds the return of his hated father both an opportunity and a threat to the warriors’ fragile unity.

Where is Angron?
Reviewed: 16-03-23
Fantastic narration throughout and it was nice to hear special effects, such as vox interference, throughout.
However for a book about Angron, it’s no exaggeration to say he is hardly in this book.
Instead it’s a mediocre story about world eaters and grey knights. Grey knights being the more interesting of the two.
It’s a shame that there is ZERO explanation as to why Angron has returned and where he is going in the story.
4/10 for me

The beloved star of Friends takes us behind the scenes of the hit sitcom and his struggles with addiction in this candid, funny, and revelatory memoir that delivers a powerful message of hope and persistence. In an extraordinary story that only he could tell, Matthew Perry takes listeners onto the soundstage of the most successful sitcom of all time while opening up about his private struggles with addiction. Candid, self-aware, and told with his trademark humour, Perry vividly details his lifelong battle with the disease and what fuelled it despite seemingly having it all.

Hard hitting

As a massive fan of friends, this was a must listen/ read for me. This is an incredible insight into matthew’s life, he leaves nothing unturned and is brutally honest. It can be a hard listen at times due to the nature of the book (his constant battle with addiction) but it is a necessary step towards towards trying to grasp a fraction of what addicts experience.
Thank you for this incredible insight Mr Perry!
