Story
Jaxon Riley is exceptional at three things: starting fights on the ice, picking up women post-game, and going home to fulfill his role as the world's best cat dad. Relationships, unfortunately, missed the list. Lennon Hayes is supposed to be on her honeymoon. Instead, she's alone and single, vacationing next door to a surly tattooed man who ran his date off the resort. When a run-in at the bar results in a night of bickering and cocktails, she finds herself tumbling into bed with the enemy next door, then sneaking out before the sun comes up.

Story
I didn’t go to the exclusive, after-hours masquerade to kiss my dad’s best friend. I didn’t even know who the masked man was when he touched me like I was his every fantasy. But when I learn exactly how off-limits my new lover is, I do my best to avoid him the next time. Except, he has his sinful sights set on me, even when he discovers who I am. Just one time, he whispers. Then we’ll pretend this never happened.

Definitely the best book in this series and the best plot. I thought Nick and Layla were my faves, but Finn and Jules story tops everyone and everything.
The way Finn cares for Jules and would quite literally drop everything just to be with her ..... *swoon*😍

But when I met the sexy, powerful older man shortly after my business school graduation, he was simply the seductive stranger I wanted to notice me, and he sure did. Fast forward a few months later, when my college ex—now a good friend—introduces me to the person he looks up to most…his father. The man I spent that one hot night with.

side note: Teddy Hamilton is not one of my favorite narrators, but him as Nick hit different for real

For the last year, I’ve wanted someone I can’t have. The man my father built his latest multimillion-dollar business with. He’s nearly a decade older than I am, and he’s entirely forbidden. The fact that he’s never given me a second glance only makes me long for him more.

I wish there were more chapters from Bridger's point of view, he seems like an interesting character and I would've loved if we got more of him.
This story was well written and has a very intriguing plot that thoroughly enjoyed. Kudos to the author.

Joe Goldberg is ready for a change. Instead of selling books, he’s writing them. And he’s off to a good start. Glenn Shoddy, an acclaimed literary author, recognizes Joe’s genius and invites him to join a tight-knit writing fellowship at Harvard. Finally, Joe will be in a place where talent matters more than pedigree...where intellect is the great equalizer and anything is possible. Even happy endings. Or so he thinks, until he meets his already-published, already-distinguished peers, who all seem to be cut from the same privileged cloth.

Joe Goldberg is done with cities, done with the muck and the posers, done with Love. Now, he's saying hello to nature, to simple pleasures on a cosy island in the Pacific Northwest. For the first time in a long time, he can just breathe. He gets a job at the local library—he does know a thing or two about books—and that's where he meets her: Mary Kay DiMarco. Librarian.

OK so, the storyline in this one was actually pretty boring. There wasn't really anything special that stood out to me until the last 4 ish hours of listening. Love mking an appearance was very needed or I would've probably DNF this book.
I think the reason I didn't enjoy this one as much as the other two is because the first two were a lot more intense, and this was just slow.

Can't wait for the next series of You? Then don't miss this, the sequel, now a major Netflix series. You was a word of mouth best-seller around the world - and now Joe Goldberg is back! Joe Goldberg came to Los Angeles to start over, to forget about what happened in New York. But in a darkened room in Soho House everything suddenly changed. She is like no one he's ever met before. She doesn't know about his past and never can. The problem is, hidden bodies don't always stay that way.

Another brilliant read by Caroline Kepnes. I did not enjoy this plot as much as the first book, mainly because of the characters that stepped on my nerves, but Joes' mind still baffles me in the best way. It is incredibly fascinating to see what's going on with him
