Truth in love......a refreshing memoir....

The quality of English used is delightful. Catherine's prose is of poetic quality, which flows seemingly naturally.
The content of this book, a particularly true sad story seen through the searching eyes of one who lived it, filled with honesty is both striking and refreshing. A difficult story told in delicate and caring terms, with great love for the community she left.
A frank and generous sharing of a moment in someone's life that may speak to the lives of many who have passed through similar situations.
Thank you for this book.

Good for seekers, beginners, those who are alone without spiritual guides. Well written and executed reading! Easy to listen too not too many technical terms good for those who can only listen to a little at a time.Highly recommended for working people, listening to in the car or whilst busy with chores....

Absolutely educational, breaking open a world that underlies the fabric of our society....
I was impressed by the emphasis on mentorship and the impact that personal rather than institutional care has on the victims of this terrible crime. A good piece of journalism...easy to listen to...read so well, and seriously in a way that helped you to assimilate....well done , I'd never have the time to sit and read ...

well done Audible!!!

I found this book rather long....I feel it could have been abridged ...I realise that writing it must have been therapeutic.....I missed the general background story.......
overall interesting and sad....as well as informative....
