I really like JS Scott and was looking forward to this new series, but RC's narration made me cringe! I made it to chapter 3 and then gave up, so I can't review the story. I'll have to read the kindle version when it's released.

This was well narrated and and interesting, but it's only part of a story. The rest isn't available on Audible and the kindle books have been removed from sale. Even if they hadn't, it wouldn't be worth the cost as a trilogy if every book is as short as this one. It's a shame, because based on the beginning it's got potential.

I adore this series, especially Bailey and Quinn, so I've been checking daily for Burn, Baby Burn to become available. I have the kindle version already and love the story, although Playing With Fire was better, IMO.

I was disappointed Bailey was narrated by Nicole Blessing. Her narration is decent, if a bit flat sometimes, but it can't compare with Courtney Holly's amazing performance, especially when Bailey is a unicorn. I did enjoy the male narrator and find it frustrating that his name isn't given on Audible. I know I recognise his voice from RJB's other audio books.

A more serious problem is a fault with the recording in chapter 18. All of Janet's dialog is missing and we only get Quinn's side of the conversation!

Edit: The missing conversation in chapter 18 has been added

... But still enjoyable. Even by JSS's standards, there's a lot of sex and I eventually got a bit tired of it. I think it would have been better if it was more tightly edited and at least an hour shorter. EP narrates well, as always.

Tanner & Wynn make a great couple, supporting and accepting each other for exactly who they are. One of the things I like best about this series is the balance between the action and the romance and the mystery kept me guessing. I also enjoyed the narration, which was much better than some of the others in this series and hope NJR will do more.
