I was new to the Pegan Diet, so I was curious while purchasing this book.

The sun is out. Oh no, not rain. Be positive. Be negative. It’s really boring to know a pessimistic, killjoy person. Well, I was curious about this audiobook, because my friend is like that, and I wanted to let him know, that he heals.
I liked the book, the methods to change your mind, and how to change negative relationships. Well done!

Most people on the planet are stressed out. I've learned that cortisol is a stress hormone, and it can raise the sugar in your blood. I learned that it is important to control your stress. I liked the part about the importance of understanding what stress does to your body and mind.
In short, this book is full of fascinating information. I recommend it, and I'll let you discover the other things I've learned by yourself.

I was curious as I looked at the cover, and I'm glad I followed my intuition. I learned that there are various stresses (financial stresses, separation stress and others), and how to react to find solutions. Do exercise. Meditate. Set goals for yourself. Well, I liked it, and I recommend it.

For more than 29 years, I was an extremely picky eater. My parents were told, year after year, I would just “grow out of it”. Except, I didn’t. I remember when I was little, sitting at the kitchen table with my Mom, who would say, “Please just take one little bite!” I so badly wanted to, but I just couldn’t, and both of us wound up so frustrated and upset.

Amazing Audiobook!

I know a person which it’s difficult to make her eat good things. When I saw this book, I bought it because I wanted to help my niece who has bad mood, and just wanted to eat Nutella and Mayonnaise.
It’s a really big problem. I am happy to learn more about this disorder. I learned how to talk to these people to try new food. I enjoyed the big mistakes part too and the recipes.
Well done to the author, I recommend it. There are great value inside.
