About this listen
Please Note: The audio has been updated for better sound quality.
This audiobook was created based on Clayton Christensen's landmark book The Innovator's Dilemma. This was Mr. Christensen's synopsis of his book for the Harvard Business Review. The audio tracks listed here cover the key elements of Mr. Christensen's book. This audiobook emphasizes the Idea in Brief "Does my organization have the right resources, processes, values, and team to innovate?" Then it covers the right structure for your specific type of innovation. He identifies where capabilities reside, in resources, processes, and values. He then addresses the migration of capabilities, illustrates it with the example of Digital Equipment (DEC), defines sustaining versus disruptive innovation, how to create capabilities to cope with change - internally, in a spinout, or an acquisition - and how to fit the tool to the task.

Absolutely Misleading!!
This is a summary of the book. I don't know how Audible could sell it under the same name rather than a HBR summary of the book. Absolutely Misleading and possibly a Copyright violation!!!

Absolute Garbage
The narration was horrible; the narrator's intonation was bad. Wasted time that I'll never get back.

waste of time
don't waste time on this. Each chapter summary is barely 2 min. finishes before even setting a context.

Do not buy this. This is not the book, but a very short summary of it. Absolutely no point hearing this.
