He keeps wandering into the kitchen to listen to the fascinating stories told by his cook and to gobble the delicious food prepared by him. Starting with the man-eating tigers, cobras, man-hunting crocodiles, useless Maharajas, haunting pillows and lost kitchen boys, the book contains everything that is needed to entertain a child's many curiosities.
Littered with humor, Tigers or Dinner: Tall Tales By Jim Corbett's Khansama pours life into the characters in the book. This novel is authored by Ruskin Bond, who has written about his childhood days in India.

Wrestling a king cobra....a child's fantasy.. :)
This is one of the best audible stories. Connecting Ruskin Bond and Jim Corbett was quite exciting for my child.

Loved it.
I really like these kind of stories and always a Ruskin Bond fan. The crocodile � adventure is bit realistic and the tales of the cook are excellent

Nostalgia, adventure, tigers and kebabs
The story is great as expected from Ruskin Bond. The narrator makes it much more fun. The modukstion and the accent are brilliant. He does a perfect Khansama.
