Representative Emma Greenman, Chair, called the Legislative Audit Commission Evaluation Subcommittee meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. Chair Greenman said the purpose of the meeting was to recommend to the Legislative Audit Commission the topics for the Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA) to evaluate in 2023.
Senator Koran made a motion to recommend the following topics to the Legislative Audit Commission for final approval:
In response to a question from Representative Hansen regarding OLA’s staffing and the possibility of completing six evaluation topics, Judy Randall, Legislative Auditor, said that OLA’s program evaluation staff would start five of the topics, and as resources allowed, begin the sixth topic.
With no further discussion, a roll call vote to recommend the six topics to the Legislative Audit Commission for final approval was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.
Chair Greenman adjourned the meeting at 8:36 a.m.
