  1. Interesting experience definitely worth sharing. I’m however wondering why the study population was changed from students to physicians, and how did that help investigators measure that lateral learning truly occurred? If lateral learning truly occurred in the physician group, does that mean that they didn’t already know about metformin, etc before text messages were sent to them? I think the initial study population was perfect for this study, but there may be a more compelling reason that this initial population was changed, which is not entirely clear. But if it was changed just so study results will be significant, that will also raise further questions!
