Seçkin Koçer

Seçkin Koçer is a judge, Head of Department in the General Directorate for Strategy Development in the  Ministry of Justice (Türkiye).

He was appointed as the national correspondent for Türkiye in 2018 and as the CEPEJ member of Türkiye, afterwards. He has also been appointed as one of the members of the Working Group On Evaluation Of Judicial Systems.

He has completed two LLMs as well as a PhD on the protection of personal data in criminal proceedings in London and Ankara and has published two books and several articles on different subjects connected to the protection of human rights during criminal procedures, as well as data protection issues. He also participated in different international meetings as a panelist.
