The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is calling for applications from young people from the organisation’s member states, to take part in its 2025 youth delegates programme.
One young person, aged between 18 and 30 years old, from each of the 46 member States of the Council of Europe will be invited by the Congress to take an active part as a youth delegate in its March and October plenary sessions in 2025, and also to develop their own grassroots projects back home.
Applications must be submitted to the Congress by 31 December 2024. The programme is part of the Congress “Rejuvenating Politics” initiative.
