Home: You need to be a new customer with a subscription to the following plans to enjoy 12 months of Amazon Prime for free.

If you have a Postpaid or Home Wireless Entertainment subscription:

• Step 1 - Log into your du app du.ae/myapp on your mobile number or du account number.
• Step 2 - Click on the Menu with three dots.
• Step 3 - Click on My Favourites, where you will see your eligible streaming offers, Click on ‘subscribe’ next to Amazon Prime.
• Step 4 - After signing up, download the Amazon Prime app from the App Store or Google Play Store to begin enjoying Prime.
• Step 5 - Once your 12 months are up, your Amazon Prime offer will end and won't be automatically renewed. To continue enjoying the streaming platform, you can renew directly with Amazon for AED 16. Please note that provider charges will apply.

Please note that for du Home subscriptions, your registration should be done while you're on our network. After registration, you can access all Amazon Prime benefits through any network operator.
