Today, 10 June 2022, the Border Police of the Republic of Moldova marks 30 years of activity. On this occasion, Jānis Mažeiks, Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic, sent a congratulatory message to all border guards and thanked them for their exceptional response to those fleeing the war. "I thank all the Moldovan border guards for their dedication and commitment to face these unprecedented challenges. I also reiterate our solidarity with the Republic of Moldova in these exceptional circumstances.
