Kosovo* now is the latest country to join the EYE programme after ratifying the COSME agreement in September 2018.
As a result, entrepreneurs residing in the country are now eligible to participate.
Note that as the country does not have an active Intermediary Organisation, entrepreneurs from Kosovo can apply with an active IO (part of Cycle 10 of the programme or later) in any of the other participating country.
