At its constitutive meeting on 03 October 2024, the Delegation to the EU-Russia Parliamentary Cooperation Committee (D-RU) elected its Chair Mr Ville NIINISTÖ, (Greens/EFA Finland).

The two Vice-Chairs will be elected at a forthcoming meeting.
