At its constitutive meeting on 3 October 2024, the Delegation for Relations with Mercosur (DMER) elected the following Bureau members:

1st Vice Chair: Luke Ming FLANAGAN (The Left, Ireland)

2nd Vice-Chair: Oihane AGIRREGOITIA MARTÍNEZ (Renew Europe, Spain)
