Regulation (EU) 2022/1032[1] required the Member States to provide ‘financial incentives or compensation to market participants’ involved in meeting the EU’s ‘filling targets’.

Can the Commission:

• 1.indicate which Member States are yet to enact appropriate measures applying to all market participants, both private and state-owned, that played a role in helping the EU to meet its gas storage targets, and
• 2.indicate what action has been taken to date against Member States that have failed to adopt and implement measures that fully meet the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2022/1032?
