14. Delegated acts (Rule 111(6)) (action taken)

The President reminded Members that the ECON Committee recommendation to raise no objections to the delegated act had been announced in plenary on Monday 7 June 2021 (minutes of 7.6.2021, item 10)

No objections to this recommendation had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 111(6).

The recommendation was therefore deemed to have been approved and would be published in the Texts adopted of that day’s sitting (P9_TA(2021)0270).
