Parėmiau pranešimą, nes civilinės atsakomybės draudimai nuo žalos padarytos motorinių transporto priemonių judėjimo metu yra ypač svarbūs Europos piliečiams.

Labai svarbu valstybėms narėms leisti nacionaliniu lygmeniu nuspręsti, kokio lygio apsaugą numatyti šalims, kurios gali nukentėti nuo kitų transporto priemonių nei transporto priemonės, kurioms taikomas ES tipo patvirtinimas. Būtina leisti valstybėms narėms išlaikyti arba nustatyti naujas privalomas nuostatas dėl šių kitų tipų transporto priemonių naudotojų apsaugos, kad eismo įvykio atveju būtų apsaugotos galimos nukentėjusiosios šalys. Tokios nuostatos turėtų atsižvelgti į tikimybę, kad transporto priemonė galėtų būti naudojama tarpvalstybinėje situacijoje, ir į poreikį apsaugoti galimas nukentėjusiąsias šalis kitoje valstybėje narėje.

Tam, kad dėl eismo įvykių nukentėjusių šalių apsauga būtų veiksminga, reikia, kad toms nukentėjusioms šalims visada būtų atlygintos nustatytos sumos už joms arba jų turtui padarytą žalą, nepriklausomai nuo to, ar atsakingos šalies draudimo įmonė yra moki, ar ne. Todėl valstybės narės turėtų įsteigti arba paskirti instituciją, kuri būtų atsakinga už tokias išmokas.

Pritariau pranešimui, nes svarbu užtikrinti, kad valstybės narės imtųsi visų būtinų priemonių, kad būtų veiksmingai užkirstas kelias stichinėms nelaimėms ir žmogaus sukeltoms nelaimėms ir apribotos jų pasekmės. Taisyklės turėtų sustiprinti nelaimių prevencijos, pasirengimo ir reagavimo veiklos pagal ES mechanizmą sąsajas. Taip pat turi būti užtikrintas suderinamumas su kitais atitinkamais Sąjungos teisės aktais dėl nelaimių rizikos prevencijos ir valdymo, įskaitant tarpvalstybinę prevenciją ir reagavimą į tokias grėsmes kaip rimtos tarpvalstybinės grėsmės visuomenės sveikatai. Būtina sukurti ES civilinės saugos informacijos tinklą, pagrįstą esamomis struktūromis, siekiant padidinti mokymo ir pratybų efektingumą ir veiksmingumą bei stiprinti valstybių narių valdžios institucijų ir tarnybų bendradarbiavimą, susijusį su žmonių apsauga nuo stichinių nelaimių.

Balsavau už šį pranešimą, kadangi vandens ištekliai Sąjungoje patiria vis didesnį vandens trūkumo spaudimą, todėl atsiranda vandens trūkumas ir blogėja vandens kokybė. Nenuspėjamos oro sąlygos, sausra ir intensyvi žemės ūkio plėtra labai prisideda prie gėlo vandens prieinamumo mažinimo, kurį lemia miesto plėtra ir žemės ūkis.

Bendri ES maisto higienos standartai, taikomi žemės ūkio produktams, kurie yra drėkinami regeneruotu vandeniu, gali būti pasiekti tik tuo atveju, jei žemės ūkio drėkinimui panaudoto vandens kokybės reikalavimai valstybėse narėse labai nesiskiria. Reikalavimų derinimas taip pat prisidės prie veiksmingo šių produktų vidaus rinkos veikimo. Būtent tuo turėtume rūpintis, nes tai naudinga mūsų žemės ūkio veikimui.

Individual motions for resolutions

In accordance with Rule 143 of Parliament's Rules of Procedure, any individual Member may table a motion for resolution on a matter falling within the spheres of activity of the EU.
