The pressures on our shared digital information space - the public sphere that weaves our democracies together by facilitating access to information, and allowing us to express and form our opinions - are mounting. Countering foreign information manipulation and interference without compromising human rights and freedom of expression is a growing challenge for democracies worldwide. Building information integrity is part of the efforts to find sustainable solutions on a national, international and multilateral level. This panel brings together senior experts and diplomats to discuss current efforts to build information integrity, and look at the role of the EU in the new legislature.
