When creating an ad hoc report using the Report Builder, unchecking the Keep report prompted option on the “Save As” screen will prevent you from accessing the report builder to make edits to the criteria.

If the Keep report prompted box was unchecked when the report was saved, you must recreate the report leaving the box checked to make future edits.
