How can a federal user view their hierarchy?


If you are a federal user and want to view the sub-tiers and offices associated with your department in the federal hierarchy, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Workspace and, under your Profile, the system displays and links to the name of the federal agency associated with your federal email address. Select the name.
  3. The system displays your department at the top of the page and a list of sub-tiers below.

To view offices, select the title of a sub-tier from the list to display the sub-tier profile page. Then, select “Offices” from the menu to display a list of offices. Select the office name to view profile details of an office.

You can also use the federal hierarchy widget in your Workspace to search all of the federal hierarchy.
