What should I do if my entity has an alert showing "Entity Update Available"?


This message displays when the entity validation service (EVS) has a possible update to your entity name or address. The new entity name and physical address are on the alert.

 
To update your entity details after an update is available:
  1. Review your entity information.
  2. Select Update to update or renew your registration.
  3. If prompted, indicate whether you are an employee or officer of the entity. Certify that you are authorized to conduct transactions, then select Next.
  4. When you see your entity's current details, select I would like to update/renew my entire Entity Registration, then select Next.

  5. Choose the Select button to indicate your purpose of registration.
  6. The system will display the entity information that EVS found for your entity.
